Passetti Power Tools began trading in 1972 as a division of
A. Passetti Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, that up to then offered a service through their rewinding division, repairing & rewinding power tools in a small way.

A new power tool division was started with one man, which soon expanded to two when a helper was appointed. In Midyear, 1972 they were appointed an official service station for sales, spares & repairs for
Black & Decker.

As new brands made their appearance on the SA market, they expanded to Hitachi, Makita, Metabo, AEG, Bosch, De Walt and most other established makes including Milwakee, Martlet, Maktec, Festool, Testo & Elektra Beckum.

Over 37 years we have grown from a repair and service centre, to one of the leading power tool specialists suppliers to the industry in Pretoria.

Since 1984 Passetti Power Tools has been completely independent from the mother company. In January 1996 Passetti Power Tools moved to new premises at 149 Mitchell street, Pretoria West. They now offer one of the widest ranges power and light industrial machinery in Pretoria.
